Event Description Friday, June 18 -Saturday, June 19, 2010 11 a.m. - 11:30 p.m. Downtown Lincoln 12th - 14th Streets on N Street  Winner of the 2009 IFEA Bronze Grand Pinnacle Award as one of the best events in the world “Thank You and your organization for the great festival. Not only was everything good but the entertainment was wonderful. I’m impressed with the festival, from the cleanliness to the helpful staff!" Eat. Shop. Drink. Play. Enjoy. On Friday, June 18th and Saturday, June 19th, Celebrate Lincoln will turn the streets of Downtown Lincoln into an international vacation. Patrons will enjoy two fun-filled days of delicious food, refreshing beverages, colorful merchandise, kid-friendly activities, and a sizzling line-up of entertainment. Celebrate Lincoln, presented by Lincoln Benefit Life and produced by Updowntowners, will take place from 12th – 14th streets on N Street from 11 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. both days. In 2009, Celebrate Lincoln was awarded the prestigious Bronze Grand Pinnacle Award for the best overall event in its budget category by the International Festivals & Events Association. The festival has been received enthusiastically by our community with more than 10,000 patrons representing 38 states attending last year. More than 500 volunteers are needed this year over the two days for various positions. Eat a smorgasbord of unique foods from all over the world and take your taste buds on a trip around the world by purchasing a tour card. Refresh with ice cold beverages and international beer. In the World Market, shop for unique products you won’t be able to find anywhere else. The event site will be jam-packed with exotic sounds, products and flavors! Celebrate Lincoln features nationally-known headlining entertainment, as well as local and regional artists. Play international games and enjoy a weekend of fun and laughter. Patrons won't need to travel far to visit the festival of the summer!
